I NEED HELP !!!!

I bought 15 red cherry shrimp, and added them to my heavily planted tank, I done it probably by putting the bag in the water then adding water slowly to the bag the netting them in. They were okay. Then I bought new plants only two and added them, all of a sudden within 2 hours all my shrimp were dead, I actually whitnessed one of them actually swim then keel over and die. I then thought it was something to do with my ferts. So I bought more shrimp a week later and the same has happened.

A lot of plants are treated with all kinds of chemicals before they are shipped to stores, especially since most are grown emersed nowadays. I would always rinse and soak the plants thoroughly before adding them to a shrimp tank.
