Ghost shrimp male turned solid color

Post by mighty mite »

He seems to be doing OK, but he has become basically solid whitish with black markings. Does this mean he's unhealthy or dying, or is a a color variant or what? He was definitely clear until relatively recently...a week ago maybe?

Unfortunately, the shrimp will probably die soon. :(

sorry to hear that :( i have had a couple in the past that have recovered from this believe it or not, but it took weeks. any kind of additional stress from there seemed to kill it instantly.
