Molting after Feeding

Post by Wendy »

I noticed that after every feeding, my opae will have molting. I feed last night, then remove it after 1 and half hour. Today I found 2 molting. Anyone experience this before? Anyone know why?

I also find the wall of the tank look dirty. Small round brown spot. Do we need to clean it?

You don't need to do anything. Just leave the tank alone. That's the best strategy. As for molting...maybe it's a growth spurt. Also, don't feed that much if at all. Especially if you have algae growing everywhere.
