2 Dead shrimp in hard to reach places

Is it okay to leave them? Will the other shrimp feed on them? Or will it just increase ammonia?

How big is the tank? Dilution matters a lot in terms of how much a tank can handle a small amount of rotting material. And how many shrimp are there? Unless its a really big population, two super shrimp dying in quick succession suggests something may be wrong with the tank water itself and you may need to do a partial water change. These guys live for decades, so two dying only of old age so close together seems unlikely.

Yes the shrimp will eat their dead, but if they aren't already doing so then I would attempt to remove the bodies. If the shrimp are not hungry enough to already be chowing down on such rare morsels then there must be potentially too much nutrients/food in the tank already, and extra dead bodies will only make that worse.
