Molts or bodies?

Today I found two translucent shrimp bodies, complete with legs. Are these bodies or possibly molts? Unfortunately cannot get a picture.

If they're translucent, they're most likely molts. Dead shrimp wouldn't look like that.

Yes, those are molts. Dead shrimp don't turn transparent.

After feeding I watched a shrimp molt. She wriggled out of the shell and proceeded to do some rapid twitches and flips once free. Three other shrimp immediately began chasing her (which is why I assume the molted shrimp was female) while she did her best to make a hasty retreat. And the molted she’ll looked exactly like the others I had seen.

These guys are fascinating!
