Albino shrimp!

Just found this shrimp in my tank (sorry for the bad photo) and quickly took a photo. So excited!

I wish it were an albino, but it's most likely a shrimp that has temporarily become pale. This "temporary" situation can last weeks or months though. True albino shrimp would have bright red eyes and absolutely no coloration (and possibly white eggs developing in their ovaries behind the head).
