Most Surprising Thing You Have Seen In Your Tank?

Post by brantman19 »

Just wondering what everyone's most surprising thing they have seen in their tank is?

For me, it has been having at least one molt in the first week of shrimp being introduced (maybe 2) followed by how my Chaeto has started to see what looks like runners along/under the substrate after I broke it up into 3 sections and the extra bits fell into the substrate.

For me the most surprising things in my tanks are the different color mutations I discover once in a while. For example, I just discovered a white female with snow-white eggs in her ovaries. She'll look very interesting once she starts carrying those eggs. :)
