Whats the best LED for an 20oz, Opae Ula Shrimp aquarium.

I bought a 20oz, Opae Ula Shrimp aquarium. Has'nt shipped yet, but I want to find the perfect LED, so algae can grow and not starve the shrimp. I dont get sun in my room, so I dont know what the best LED would work.

20 ounces is too small. Way too small. A quart jar is the absolute minimum. Some may disagree with me, but 20 ounces is too small. Period.

How many shrimp are in there? That's barely over 2 cups of water. Might be OK for like 2 of them, from what I've read.
