My Shrimp Are Fighting?

They aren’t searching for each other and going to war or anything - but I’m noticing that if two bump into each other they’ll engage in a little scuffle, very consistently. When there were larvae I noticed that a larger one would sort of bully the really small larvae around a little bit. They aren’t killing each other. What could be leading to this type of behavior? 14 are from here and 10 are from another seller and they’re in a gallon cookie jar.

Are they newly introduced to each other? They might be establishing dominance
