Dunno. It's a heavily planted tank and there's plenty for the parents to eat. Would I have to supplement? What with?

Judging from the eggs (tiny), those larvae need brackish water to survive...even if they find food in your tank. Raising them should be similar to raising Caridina japonica larvae.

Not all ... but some do.

I know that the Japonica does and the filter shrimps too.

Good to know that Cherry Shrimps don't.

Take a look at the Shrimp Varieties Page. Anything that has a Normal development requires brackish (at least) water. Those with Abbreviated and Suppressed larval stage do not require brackish water.

Bradimus, I know it's true of all the shrimp on the varieties page, but I was wondering if it's true of all shrimp with "normal" development.

Yes, "normal" development = salt in water for larvae to survive for any shrimp with normal development..not just the shrimp on my web page.

Here's one of the mystery shrimp, pale beige, pregnant with pale eggs...




And here's another, reddish coloured, carrying red eggs...





Both have been carrying their eggs for about a week or more, so I'm pretty sure they're viable.
