Seachem Matrix along with the regular foam pad that comes with the AquaClear filter. I am using the Aquaclear 50 on my 10 gallon tank. The Matrix provides the same surface area as a 10 gallon tank filled with bioballs, a ton of biological filtration. I also put a bag of Seachem Purigen in there as well. The Purigen is mainly for water clarity, but I am sure that it also helps with the bio-filtration.

I urge you to read the rules (along with ALL the information on this website plus the forum, which is one of the rules anyway) *FIRST* before making any further posts.
