Thanks for the pictures. I know it is time consuming to try and get them. The Sri Lanka shrimp is fast becoming one of my favorites. The berried females are so colorful. Really pretty.

I do not have that problem
The problem that I have is:

I like them all and I want them all
Colorful, Clear, Cheap, Exspensive
My Signature
Says It All

Hi, Can you post water parameters?
My tank which is mostly bees, a few cherries and yamatos is pH 7.2-7.4, TDS 140mS to 160mS, partially planted mainly with stems and java fern. I have 3 of these red nose shrimp (eft over from a group of 10 - the others were opaque and went to the great Shrimp Heaven within a week in the tank) and am wondering if my conditions are OK for me to hunt for more of this fellas.
Thanks!

I have one that is doing well in similar parameters. Be sure to purchase only clear bodied shrimp as the opaque red nose shrimp are on their way to "shrimp heaven".

Hi, forgot to mention temp which normally hovers slightly above 28 C in my tank. Can I ask if for your temp where the berried sri lanka's are kept?
I'v been seriously considering putting at least a fan on it to get the temp down slightly.
THanks!

Good idea to do this. The fan can drop the temperature by about 5 degrees F.
