My filter intake - with media bag mesh

Gunmetal & Mustafa: Ok, I was at the right place at the right time... I caught a pic of one my the cherry reds on the media bag I cut and wrapped over my filter intake... so this baby shrimp is just a couple of weeks older than when I got 'em from Mustafa... will newborns get sucked in by this?
Oh, and those are great pics of ur shrimp tanks Gunmetal!

Hi Quake, your Cherries seem to be developing a nice red color! I see a real difference from the first pics you had. The next thing that will happen is the females will start developing the yellow saddle. :)

It does look like your mesh is fine enough to keep shrimplets out. It's too bad about the minor restriction of the water flow though.
