can i safely put cherry shrimp in with redclaw australian lobsters
(cherax quadricarinatus) .

They shrimp should be fine as long as the crayfish (they are *not* lobsters) are not juveniles. Juvenile crayfish tend to be more predatory than the adults who mostly eat plant matter.
