About a month ago i added a few Ghost shrimp to my shrimp tank to help clean it up. One of the shrimp was carrying eggs. Well over the next few weeks they started dying off until i was left with one. I figured it was a male since I hadn't seen the female in a long time. Well after a water change there was a lot of movement going on in the tank and I noticed something in the corner. There had to be 15-20 baby Ghost shrimp!!! I never thought in a million years that would happen but i am now the proud parent of a bunch of baby ghosy shrimp, post larval stage. So let that be shown that they can breed in freshwater without any special attention.

It varies. There's a bunch of similar shrimps that get called ghost shrimp, glass shrimp, or grass shrimp. Mostly translucent, but some will have small variations in color...
