I ordered 15 Amano's from aquariumfish.net. The animals were fine, though a little pricey when shipping is figured in. The customer service leaves a bit to be desired.
I got no order confirmation. When I e-mailed to find out what was going on they said they would were planning to ship that day (ordered Wednesday, this was Tuesday). Shipping cost as much as the shrimp. They did ship that day and they arrived the next.
Shrimp arrived 5 to a bag (I like that) but had no seaweed or yarn or anything to hold onto. They were 1"+ animals and all heathy. After a week all are still alive. Good eaters.
I e-mailed them after they arrived to ask a question. They did not answer that, or the follow-up left on their website.
If you order from them, do your homework in advance. Expect good animals, but no hand-holding.
