gambusia affinnis know as (mosquitoe fish),how much damage will my
cherry shrimp face?

Your shrimp will take LOTS of damage. Gambusia affinis are notoriously brutal to anything they can get ahold of. I have seen and heard of them keeping fish five times their size in a state of fear. They will rip each other apart, if given ample opportunity, as well.
Truth be told, I won't keep anything with my Gambusia affinis (or holbrooki), no matter what the size.
