hydra problem

man there taking my tank over so im freaking alittle any help to get rid of them ? i have 5 baby rosenbergi's and 30 plus guppies i bought 5 apple snaills its 55 gal long tank so it seems the snaills are starting to kick ass but i wonder if they will get all of them ? :roll: :smt067 :smt068 :smt070 :smt071 :smt074 :smt073 :smt106 is what i want to do to them man there nasty im thinking they came with the drift wood ?

Try some Three Spot Gourami (Blue Gourami). Your prawns should be big enough by now that the Gourami won't hurt them, but the hydra probably won't hurt them either at this point. The prawns my start eating them.

Yes, they ride in on plants and wet wood.

If the apple snails get hungry they will. Cut way down on your feeding. Your shimp only need a couple of small pellets a day each right now.

thx again badflash the snails are kicking butt and the macro rosenbergi's are getting big one i think is female is 2 inchs long now i only see a few hydra i wonder if they screem seeing a snail coming there way lol :-D they seem the snaills that is they have left my bamboo alone weird
