I'm looking for a good cleaner shrimp that will get along well with Black Neon Tetras, and possibly a small Pleco, any ideas?

I'd recommend Amano shrimp. They're good a cleaning algae, and too big to get eaten by most fish.

Shrimp compatible with tetras?
