A shrimp and adfs

Post by michelle.newbold »

Hi i have just been given a NEOCANDINA CF.ZHANGJIAJIENSIS or a (banana shrimp),has i was told it was called by my friend who brought it from a petshop.I have tryed looking on the internet for any information on this shrimp with no luck. untill i found this web sight .The shrimp has the yellow stripe and yellow spots on its body so i guess it is a NEOCANDINA. Does anyone know if he and my 4 ADFs will be alright together in my tank has i dont wont any of them to die. PLEASE HELP THANKS.

Dwarf shrimp are totally harmless. However, if your dwarf frogs can fit the shrimp in their mouths they will eat it if they get a chance. I have never kept dwarf frogs, but having seen them I somehow doubt that they are fast enough to hunt anything that's faster than a worm. :smt102
