Help - Hair algae in my shrimp tank ?

I used a 36W PL light on my 10 gallon tank with Java Moss and Christmas Moss. I used it to breed Red Cherry shrimps.
Unfortunately, hair algae has began to cover the Mosses due to too much light.

Red Cherry don't seem to eat the hair algae. How do I get rid of them ?

Do I need to tear down the tank and start all over again ?
The goods news is that the mother shrimp has just given birth. :)

some fish such as the SAE eat algae, but then not too recommend in a shrimp tank since they move very fast and thus hard to remove from tank afterward. ;-)

Try reducing the number of hour of lighting. do a blackout. stop feeding.
