The LFS I always trade with had a nice crowd of Bumblebee Shrimp and I noticed he feeds them a bit of Nori-dried seaweed. Seems like the nori has natural iodine and other traces that are beneficial to the shrimp. He also feeds the tank a pleco tablet once every week.
