A couple weeks after I bought my blue crayfish I started getting really cloudy water. He's like a little bulldozer shifting piles of substrate from one end of my 10 gallon to another. Could he be the reason I am having cloudy water?

I doubt its the cray. More then likely something wrong with the tank.

Probably a tad late to answer this one. Because the crayfish is a benthic feeder they will stir up your substrate and yes you will end up with a bacteria bloom if you dont keep your substrate clean.

Vaccum your substrate...
