I plan to get an amano shrimp and a bamboo shrimp and place them in my 20 gallon long. This tank contains alot of endler's livebearer, which basically look like guppies. They breed alot, so there is often some babies (fry) in there. I was just wondering if either the amano shrimp or bamboo will make a meal out of them, since the fry are so small?

No, these shrimp won't hurt the endlers at all. The only issue I see if that bamboos are supposed to do better in soft acidic water while amanos do best in hard basic water. Endlers don't care. If I were you I'd shoot for hard slightly basic water.
