Sup Ya'll.....My name is Evan. I live in Vancouver. I got ghost shrimp as my first fish and they where the coolest things ever. They eventually died. I then found a prawn(uni.d.) at Aquariums West on Burrard street. I think it was like 5 bucks. Anyway he eventually died.....In his wake he left a few bettas and tetras. I've been looking for more but they're never anywhere. If I can find a place online in Canada I'll get some. Anyway great site andI've always had a soft spot for inverts. Evan

Yup, AqWest always has them "on order" -- it all depends on what their supplier sends them.
Unfortunately, their supplier often doesn't give them much (if any) information on the shrimp. So if you see some shrimp there, take a good look and then do your own research. Do
not trust the name they've posted.

Actually, quite often they don't have
any name posted. You need to really look in their tanks and see what's there.
I've gotten japonicas, cherries, green shrimp, and some unidentified shrimp there. I think I may have gotten some midget greens in with my greens as well (they look just like the greens, except that they're staying about 1/2 size).
The last time I was there (about two weeks ago), they had japonicas and chameleons. I've also seen vampire shrimp there.

Yeah.....I worked there for a short period. I'm the reason they have any info on most of the shrimp and ALL of the crayfish.
