Filter Feeders

I really like filter feeders. I guess its something different then any other shrimp. I really like the vampire shrimp. I'm just asking what they eat tank size that kinda stuff. Thanks Evan.

VS are basically filter feeders, so if you have a 'not so clean tank', it would be ideal
They will take fish flakes, frozen food and the ocassional Japonica larvae
They do well in a clean tank as well, as long as there is food, they won't starve. I sometimes mash the algae wafer with a spoon and drop it into the tank, you see them come out for a feeding then.

Are there any filter feeders that arent that big maybe a dwarf variety?

yup. On the Shrimp Varieties page near the bottom(or at the bottom) theres an article on them. I personally like the big bad shrimp.

They may look Big n' Bad. but they sure are docile.

Do they sell them on the sire here or they just mentioning them? Im too lazy to look hehe
