I was wondering if anyone here has used their Red Claw Macros to control snail problems in their tanks. specifically pond and ramshorn snails.

Not personally with Red Claws, but my young M. Rosenbergii ate every snail under 1/4. The only survivors are in the ball filter. The cajun crays also eat baby snails.

Check the shrimp varieties page:
The Red Claw Shrimp will take care of any Ramshorn or Pond Snail infestation you are looking to get rid off. They simply fish the snail out of its shell and consume it.

Did you keep them with any fish in the tank? If so did they attempt or succeed in trying to capture or kill your fish?

My M. Rosenbergii are well fed and pretty lazy. The Endlers in with they are pretty wary. If I miss a feeding I'm missing a few fish, but nothing drastic like the wild ones. I've raised mine with fish & lots of food since they were just post larval at around 3/16". They do more damage to each other than to the fish.
