Does anyone know how big Atya green lace from Irian Jaya grows?

I have a couple, but they seem to have stopped at about 40mm.

and is it an undiscribed species of Atya ?

No not particularly green, but they do have sort of green spangles all over the body. That pic was taken in the dark with flash only, so has come out a bit strange. I'll try and get one in the light tomorrow for comparison.

Does it have filtering appendages? I can't make out any. If it doesn't it's not an Atya.

Yes just like the common bamboo shrimps, a full set of fans.

they call it Atya sp. "BYAK Green lace"

This is not an Atypa sp. at all. As always the importers/exporters call it whatever they want. It's actually an Atyoida sp., most likely Atyoida pilipes. The shrimp looks like this (first two pictures):

It occurs over wide areas of the indo-pacific region.

And, of course, it's not green.

Yes, it should be the same shrimp as Atyoida pilipes is sometimes imported as "green lace" shrimp.
