My shrimps are some how trying to kill themselves. They are all trying to flip over belly up at the same exact spot. I just changed the water yesturday. I also found a dead amano shrimp at the spot too. Whats going on with them?

They are not trying to kill themselves. Where do you even get such an idea? There is something wrong with your water. Did you read all the articles in the articles section? There is one about why your shrimp might be dying. I suggest you read it as it might prove very helpful AND it's part of the rules here to do some research before posting anything.
