Another new one on me, any idea's anyone?
Apparently they are blue and from Hong Kong.

Nonsense name...the question has been asked here before (might want to do a search). They use that nonsense name for all kinds of shrimp species. It's most likely the "blue" shrimp, which does not produce blue offspring.
