				what is this shrimp

				I finally got pics of the shrimp my friend get back to me 
and was sold as : Caridina sp. "Turbo Black Shrimp" 
sorry i am not to good to take pics.
please can someone tell which shrimp is it ?

at the first time i look at them i say "bahhh cherry shrimp"
but friend want me to be sure , because i am not so expert now in ID.
so i am trying found expert opinion 
look like i am not so bad 
but female dont look like the cherry i have , put more confusion in my head

				Hard to tell from this particular picture as I can't really see the rostrum area that well, but it look like one of them various Neocaridina species out there. If these shrimp have been imported from China or Taiwan, then you can be pretty much 100% sure that they are a Neocaridina, although not necessarily Neocaridina denticulata sinensis.

Hehe, your description worked so well, it appeared right before my eyes! Heh, actually the pic appeared this time...

				more i see female more i am convince they are not cherry (but i am far from being an expert).
- first of all the egg color, attract my attention, they are really green and big (so i think it is a freshwater only, let see when they hatch).
- none of the female have red anywhere (yeah i know it is not a sign they are not cherry)
the do are less visible on female.

Wild type Neocaridina are not red and many have green eggs. We'll just wait for more pictures...
