I recently convinced someone from germany to ship me some Marmorkrebs!....Ill get two of them but itll cost me a total of 85$(damn shipping and handling)...
Hes shipping them tommorrow Tuesday Oct 23...I hope that at least one of them survives then hopefully soon Ill have more than I know what to do with....

They should show up in a week or so...So wish me luck on my shipment!!

Also I have some other questions about Marmorkrebs behavior for those on the forum that keep them...

What is their behaviour like in comparision to other common crays?...Do they dig?...

Are they a flight risk?...Do they often try to escape a given tank in search of "greener pastures"?...So would I have to alter the tank to make it more secure...

Tank mates? (Fish?, Snails?, Shrimp?, Dwarf Crays?) Im assuming no for shrimp and dwarf crays but Im still curious to first hand knowledge)...

Hmm I cant think of anything else to ask at the moment but if anyone who keeps these crays can think of something I should know prior to their arrival let me know.... :-D

I found what looks like that same page on a google search for marmokrebs. Interesting critters, do they even produce any male offspring?

No they only produce female offspring. That is why it is so hard to identify the species. You need a form 1 male to identify the species.
