I did a search and didn't find much so I'm posting.
One of my larger crays is missing one of the large claws and one of the very back legs. I think I remember reading that they can re-grow their claws but what about the back leg?
Another question, the largest of the 3 (incidentally the one missing the appendages) is very fuzzy on the front legs. Is this any indictation of sex, age etc.? None of the others have anywhere near this much fuzz. I would think it would be used for finding food, right?
Is there an article or anything here about crayfish varieties?
Thanks!

Re: Limb Re-growth
After the next molt it should be back at least partially. It may take 2 molts to be back 100%TomatoShrimp wrote:One of my larger crays is missing one of the large claws and one of the very back legs. I think I remember reading that they can re-grow their claws but what about the back leg?
