Welcome tricky.
If you are talking camberellus species than you can put dozens together in a 4 foot tank. They are mostly good with each other but may square off at times over food and territory. Lots of hiding spots is always good. But if it is some other type of dwarf cray that can change. Please post name if you have it.

Welcome tricky,

What kind of fish are you keeping with the crays? Have you seen any problems between the two? Best wishes with your tank :-D

I have found that guppies will pick the eggs off of a female in berry. Do be careful with fish and your crayfish.
