beeshrimp about to molt?

Hi,
I'm very new to keeping shrimp. At the moment I have half a dozen beeshrimp in my community tank. They seem to be doing just fine, I can always see two or three of them at any time. Yesterday was treat time for them and all 5 showed up.
I noticed that the smaller ones seem to be getting fatter than when I bought them. At first I thought that they might be carrying eggs but it doesn't look like it.
Then it got me wondering, can I tell if they are about to molt? I searched and found a lot of discussions about what can go wrong with molting but nothing so basic as this
