if it is in the right water paramaters should the bumblebee shrimp be more of black and clear/gray or black and non see through white because some of my bumblebees seem to be changing from clear/gray to non transparent white. Also what kind of pH should they be in mine are in about 6.6

They can be both. They can get nice bright white striping and sometimes be just yellowish see through. They are variable that way.
PH of 6.6 sounds just fine to me. They seem to prefer neutral and lower PHs.

I am keeping them with PH of 7.6, the white strips are fading to almost transparent. I think shrimps show their best color with a lower ph value.

It all depends on the shrimp species. Some species actually do *not* like low PH values (such as the Red Cherries).

If that is the only change, then it is probably just a change in the shrimp's mood. If it has taken on a milky appearance in normally transparent parts, then there is trouble.

In my experience, if it becomes redish on both black and white strips. It means they either under stress or going to die very soon.
