I got 12 cherries (one with eggs) about 1 month ago and I put them in my 75 gallon tank. I have heard that some people have found them in their filter so I was on the look out. Well I did find some babies in my tank but none in my filter the first go around. Well that was two weeks ago. I checked yesterday and I saw a little guy swimming around the filters bottom (eheim 2026). I cracked that baby open and found 7 babies swimming down their!!

All different sizes. The weird thing is I never saw a female with eggs.
Cherries have got to be the guppies of the shrimp world

Brbarkey,
Maybe you could put a sponge over top of you intake.
I normally use an aqua clear sponge that I have made and X incision in and cover the intake.
That way all your babies will say in the aquarium.
It will also be safer for them as your filter has probably kill most of them that got in there.
