Cherax sp. "Zebra"

Pictured below is a few pictures of my Male Cherax sp. Zebra.

The Male sexual organs are located on the first set of legs from the bottom.
They are not very large, you need to look close.

Yes
The Procambarus Species are alot easier to sex the males.

The biggest problem with the Cherax Species.
Is that they are some what new to the Hobby here in the US and most of the Wholesalers can not sex them correctly.
And it get costly, Ordering them in from a Pet Store at $30 retail and you end up with all males or all females.

yes i know, but the abscence of the female organ is usually a good sign on adult speciment.
very nice cray, but for me i will continue concentrate myself on cambarellus species, boucardina, etc.. in fact all the dawrf one before really switch to more bigger

but i hope you will breed them well so you can write some nice article about brededing them.
