Yellow Shrimp offspring all female.

Hi,
I have a colony of yellow shrimp that seem to have done fine. The colony is much larger now than it was 6 months ago when I first received the shrimp. My problem is that all my current shrimp are saddled females with no males. I noticed that as time went on the population became increasingly skewed toward females as it grew, but it wasn't until I cleaned the tank out the other day and moved the shrimp into a larger aquarium that I was able to see that the population was exclusively adult saddled females. No males or berried females.
They co-inhabited the tank with Indian Zebra shrimp, but those slowly died out.
Has anyone experienced this before?
