my new aquarium q & a's

i already waited for my new aquarium to get a visible layer of algae (3 weeks) and put in some ghost shrimp but i still have some questions. i have a sponge filter and plants (i keep live plants in all my tanks) but i am having trouble breeding. also what species of crays can i put in with them that wont shred the plants and shrimp?

Ghost shrimp go through a larvae stage that need to be fed micro-food items before they molt into adult form.

You could add some dwarf crays. Any regualr crays will shred your plants and enjoy you ghosties immensely.

MY SHRIMPYS ARE BERRIED! today i got back from the holidys and found two berried girls! wish me luck
oh ya well i also got some bad news
i bought 3 bamboo shrimp but they all died on the way home from petco (250 miles away no joke).
