I am not even sure if this species produces fully developed young. The eggs look mightly small to me. Let me know if anything hatches out of those eggs and grows up. Although the shrimp is not spectacular looking, it is a shrimp I have never seen and could even be a first-import. There should always be an attempt to establish new shrimp species in the hobby because one never knows if these rare species will ever be imported again.
Mustafa
PS: It most definitely is not a Tiger Shrimp.
