eggs and shrimp Supposedly tiger the gardens lied

Well i got these from an onlinestategarden store You can probably figure out who
anyway most died and came without a heatpack per my other post but this was one of the supposed tiger shrimp.
WHAT IS IT
Also there is a stripe running down the back of this guy from a top view

I am new to shrimp keeping so I dont know if this is a dumb question but, I didnt know males carried eggs?

I am not even sure if this species produces fully developed young. The eggs look mightly small to me. Let me know if anything hatches out of those eggs and grows up. Although the shrimp is not spectacular looking, it is a shrimp I have never seen and could even be a first-import. There should always be an attempt to establish new shrimp species in the hobby because one never knows if these rare species will ever be imported again.
