Freshwater boxer shrimp?

Hi,
I was browsing around the web, and found this reference to a "Boxer shrimp", and a picture, but very little info:-
http://www.shrimpcrabsandcrayfish.co.uk/Longarm.htm
http://www.shrimpcrabsandcrayfish.co.uk ... achium.jpg

It caught my attention because one of my adult females has markings, colouration and proportions identical to the shrimp in the pic, but I'd never heard of a freshwater boxer shrimp before, and I'm struggling to find any more details about it.

Anyone know any more about this?

Many thanks,
Q.

Nevermind, apparently it's a chameleon shrimp, and that site is a house of lies!

That site is probably the most inaccurate and obsolete site about invertebrates on the internet. It must not have updated since the early 2000s, maybe even late 90s. A lot has happened since then. By the way...if you notice..on the same page as the link you provided they call a crayfish a "shrimp."

Hehe, indeed. It's almost like it was translated but they didn't know the word for crayfish, so used lobster shrimp instead..
Suppose they are kinda between the two..
In future I'll keep in mind that info on the web is completely unreliable until proven otherwise. :)
