What are they? What kind are they?It is also called the Palenque Floating Shrimp.

I know where you got your information. There is no such shrimp and and picture that is shown there is stolen from a German website which is showing a very small Macrobrachium from Mexico. If you order these shrimp you will probably get several different species of shrimp, none of which are from Brazil.
