My friend go these shrimp from Seattle and I have no clue as to what they are.
They have not changed colour. I know that they are not Blue pearl Shrimp or Blue cherry shrimp.

It's a Caridina sp. from India and/or South Asia. There are several species that have this back-pattern. Hard to tell without maybe more pictures or having the shrimp live in front of me. It could even be the whitebanded shrimp described in the shrimp varieties pages.

She says that one is berried as well so we shall see how the babies turn out.
