Though it is difficult to tell from the image, from general body form, the shrimp depicted is probably a Macrobrachium species, and the possibility remains that it is indeed rosenbergii (it is distinctly reminiscent of one of my own shrimp, a rosenbergii approximating that size, obtained under similar circumstances). It would prove helpful if a closer side image of the prawn's "head" region were available.

As a side note: I would like to question the long-term feasibility of housing an aquatic frog with any of the larger Macrobrachium (the latter will eventually consume most cohabitants); under what conditions is the shrimp kept (aquarium capacity/"footprint", tankmates, etc.)?

Looks like your typical "sold as ghost/grass/glass" macrobrachium prawn, I could give a definite answer with a better pic.
