Hello,

I'm relatively new to the Shrimp raising hobby and wished to ask you experienced people a few questions. In my ignorance I asked several questions instead of going through the many topics looking for answers. I have a 5 gal tank set up it's been running for quite a while, was raising baby Plecos in it previously. I was thinking of getting cherry shrimp for it as well as a bamboo shrimp, yet how many cherrys would you recommend for a 5 gal tank? Thanks a lot for bearing with me!

Well there is probably more information about this if you searched the forums....

Personally I would start off with five and breed them up to a larger population...(youll need to feed them though obviously)
