Nano tank heater

Greetings my aquatically enamoured friends,
I've been keen on getting myself some aquatic pets finally and have purchased a small Azoo tank.

I assume this should be large enough to house a limited amount of shrimp if I could get the temperature regulated.
Would that be correct?
If so can anyone recommend a heater that would be suitable, I think I would need something with very low wattage that can be regulated.
The best thing I've seen is a Newattino + 10w model, this is thermostatically controlled but appears to be preset at 26c.
From what I'm reading that's probably going to be a bit hot.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: I've now ordered an Aqua One 25 watt heater, it looks like you can set the temp on it so hopefully should keep this little thing at a nice temp in winter.
