Dwarf crays and loaches

Post by Kunsthure »

I've got a 75g that will be heavily planted and I'd like to have dwarf crays since they're an invert I don't have in my "collection." But I've already got dwarf chain loaches (aka sidthmunki) and kuhlis, and I'll be adding either yoyos or zebras. I've read here the corys are a bit of an easy target but loaches are so much faster than corys, I'm thinking they could be safe? I don't have anywhere else I could put a dwarf cray in case it doesn't work out, so I need better than "probably", y'know? The other inhabitants are threadfin and kamaka rainbows and I will be adding praecox rainbows and pearl gouramis down the road. I'm not worried about the rainbows since they're so fast and stay in the upper half of the tank most of the time. The gouramis concern me a bit, but not as much as the loaches.
