Do I need a heat pack?

I'm shipping Red Cherry Shrimp for the first time from Georgia to New York next week. Temperatures are projected to range from the high 40s F to 70 F. Is a well insuated box sufficient or should I use a heat pack? I do have a heat pack sold as a hand warmer, but I'd hate to cook the little guys.

Thanks!
Jeremy

You don't need a heat pack for that species...ever really (they are cold hardy)...unless you are sending to Fargo, North Dakota in the dead of winter.
