My Red cherry shrimp are very colorless and do not have the beautiful colors like picture shown in the Blue Avis when I bought them?

Are there any grants I can give them in the form of feed or else to give them some more color?

Where did you get the shrimp? What color is your substrate? I hear they really color up only in darker gravel colors. Ideally, you'd want black gravel with possibly slate and dark driftwood surroundings. I actually experimented with this... Had white gravel in one tank and they were completely washed out. Other tank with black gravel showed deep red cherries. Especially the berried females.

Very interesting with gravel color, mine goes on the white sand and the shrimp has no color. I'll try to change it to black and see if that helps.

What are the sizes of your Shrimp ?

Males ( Smaller ) may not have a lot of color.

In my experience with RCS,
Substrate played a small part in coloration.
I used natural color substrate ( Light Browns ) in my tanks and the Females were Red .

Water quality plays a roll in coloration.
If your Shrimp are stressed, they can loose coloration.

It may also depend on the Strain that the Seller has.
